With everyone in Washington offering their opinion on gun control and gun violence in America, the ATF announced in response to inquiries from gun dealers, that according to federal law, medical marijuana patients are considered “addicted” to weed, putting them in the same category as crack addicts, and therefore can’t own a gun. However, it does not elaborate as to what the ATF would do to a gun dealer who sold a firearm to someone who was a medical marijuana patient.
hahahahahahha idk this kind of makes sense? but maybe should be applied to all controlled substances. I’m lookin at you, tobacco and alcohol.
